The BGA 250 leaf blower is the most powerful handheld leaf blower throughout the entire battery working time in the world. It is designed for professionals tackling the toughest cleaning jobs in horticulture and landscaping.

It has a maximum blowing force of 26 Newtons, making it the most powerful handheld leaf blower from STIHL to date too. The blowing performance remains constant throughout the entire battery charge and does not decrease during use – so whether you are at 100% charge or 20%, you’ll get full power until the battery has completely run out of energy.

The blower has excellent manoeuvrability meaning it is easy to use, and it’s quiet too – you can use the BGA 250 without the need for ear defenders, meaning you can work freely in noise-sensitive environments without disturbing customers.

The compact and lightweight design of the BGA 250 lets you use it with either your left or right hand, without straining your wrist and arm. The angle of the handle compared to the blower tube keeps the tool steady, even when on maximum power, for effortless control. The battery is located underneath the impeller and handle, which makes the blower perfectly balance – no tipping of the BGA 250 is required to get the right blowing angle.

The BGA 250 has a variable speed trigger with a boost mode for jobs which require an increase in power, such as clearing piles of wet leaves. The power settings on the leaf blower means you can match the blowing power to the work, which will get you the longest working times out of the battery. A cruise control option can also be used for longer jobs. A shoulder harness can also be attached to the BGA 250 to take the weight from your hand.

CONSTANT POWER

COMPACT DESIGN

FOR EASY MANOEUVRABILITY. The short and compact design of the leaf blower and the central positioning of the engine, blower and battery means there is less inertia during use; making it easy to swivel and move the tool during use – so you can work more effectively and for longer.

ANGLED BLOWER TUBE

FOR STRENGTH-SAVING AND FATIGUE-FREE WORK. The angled design of the blower tube means that there is no rotational impact on the wrist. The blower tube and the handle are in line so that no torque is transferred to the handle and no pulse is generated which must be corrected manually. This benefits you to do your work with less effort and fatigue.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

FOR EVERY APPLICATION. Depending on your working requirements, the blowing force can be set to 4 levels, including boost mode. The selected level is indicated by the LEDs. Boost mode activates maximum leaf blowing power while the trigger button is held down, regardless of the preselected power level. You can optimise the battery runtime by selecting the appropriate power level.

CRUISE CONTROL

FOR LONG WORKING PERIODS. You can lock the throttle at any preferred position, even between levels. This relieves the strain on your index finger during longer periods of continual use.

CONNECTIVITY (READY)

COMPATIBLE WITH THE SMART CONNECTOR 2A. You can mount a Smart Connector 2 A in the housing of the power tool at the dedicated position. Once installed, this connects to the control unit and transmits valuable power tool data to your smartphone, tablet or the STIHL connected Box that is within range. You can use the STIHL connected App and the STIHL connected Portal to view the STIHL connected gathered data and benefit from additional functions.

HANGING EYELET

FOR SAFE STORAGE. The tool has an eyelet allowing you to store your tool safely and compactly.

IPX4 CERTIFIED

SPLASHWATER PROTECTION. The AP 200 S is IPX4 certified thanks to the encapsulated electronics and sealing of each individual cell. It means that the battery is protected against splashwater from all sides and can be used in rainy conditions.

ENERGY RECOVERY
