Description

The STIHL FR 131 T backpack petrol brushcutter is the ideal choice for professional mowing applications on difficult terrain such as steep slopes or embankments. Even shrubs are quickly thinned with the efficient machine. The high-torque machine features impressive practical, technical details such as a stop button, ergonomic control handle, large 0.7- fuel tank and an easily replaceable paper filter. Thanks to the detachable shaft, the machine can be easily transported and stored. The lightweight carrying system is exceptionally comfortable.

Supplied with AutoCut 27-2 mowing head. 

STIHL 4-MIX® ENGINE

FOR FANTASTIC ENGINE POWER WITH LOW MAINTENANCE. The STIHL 4-MIX® engine is a four-stroke engine that does not require any oil circuit components, thanks to refuelling with an oil and gasoline mix. That’s why it’s more compact, more lightweight, and requires less maintenance than conventional four-stroke engines, while at the same time being powerful and offering a comfortable sound pattern. STIHL 4-MIX® engines comply with the European Stage V emissions directive.

DETACHABLE SHAFT

FOR COMFORTABLE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE. Thanks to the detachable shaft, you can quickly dismantle your tool for easier transport, and also store it in a space-saving manner. You do not need any tools to disassemble the shaft.

STOP BUTTON

RESTART WORK QUICKLY. With the stop button, you can switch off your tool quickly and easily for a short break, for example. As the button springs back to its original position after actuation, the engine is immediately ready to start again. This provides more comfort after breaks and increases your work efficiency.

COMFORTABLE CARRYING SYSTEM

FOR EFFORTLESS WORK. Thanks to the optimised weight distribution, the comfortable carrying system enables you to work with minimum fatigue and high comfort even during longer periods of use. The breathable backrest pad makes it comfortable to wear.

STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

FOR MORE PLEASANT WORK. Vibrations can occur when you put your tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.
