Description

The compact STIHL HL 92 KC-E petrol long-reach hedge trimmer with a short shaft is particularly suited to maintaining wide hedges.
Well balanced and light, this tool is perfect for tall hedges and working close to the ground.  The efficient 2-MIX engine with ECOSPEED load control is ideal for working in noise sensitive areas. The 50 cm cutter bar with quick-release adjustment system can be adjusted in increments by up to 145° in two directions. The cutter bar is folded and locked parallel to the shaft for transport. The double-sided cutting blade ensures a precise cut. The innovative STIHL 2-MIX engine provides plenty of power with a displacement of 21.4 cm³ and an output of 0.65 kW. Features STIHL Ergostart for easy starting and versatile 145 degree adjustable cutter bar for different working angles.

STIHL ECOSPEED

ADJUSTMENT OF ENGINE PERFORMANCE. With the help of STIHL ECOSPEED, you can regulate the engine speed as required and adapt your tool’s performance to the job at hand. Where applicable, this results in lower fuel consumption and quieter operation. Additionally, this function can reduce the tendency for cuttings and stones to be flung out during mowing.

DOUBLE-SIDED CUTTING BLADE

FOR OPTIMAL HEDGE CUTTING. The double-sided cutting blade facilitates optimum hedge cutting: vertically, horizontally and in corners. Thanks to the double-sided cutting blades, you can effectively trim or prune your hedge, as well as thicker branches.

QUICK-RELEASE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM

ENABLES COMFORTABLE AND EFFECTIVE WORK. You can work flexibly and comfortably with the rapid adjustment system of your long-reach hedge trimmer. The cutter bar can be adjusted to different angles depending on the application. For safe and compact transport, fold the cutter bar parallel to the shaft until it engages automatically.

SINGLE-HANDED MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE

COMFORTABLE OPERATION. Thanks to the single-handed multi-function handle, you can control your tool easily and reliably with one hand. Because all relevant control elements are integrated in the handle, it can be operated by both right-handed and left-handed users.

MANUAL FUEL PUMP

FOR FEWER STARTING STROKES. The manual fuel pump reduces the number of strokes required to start the tool, making the start-up process quicker and easier This is particularly helpful after longer breaks in operation. To use it, actuate the pump several times before starting. This will ensure that there is enough petrol in the carburettor when starting.
