Description

Professional hedge trimmer with a high blade speed for precise pruning and trimming jobs. With a 2-MIX engine and boasting a double sided cutting blade designed to cut and shape the finest formal hedges. Equally suited for vertical and horizontal cutting, the multi position handle allows for a more comfortable approach to hedge trimming. The reliable, durable blades and gearbox are perfectly matched to produce faster cutting speeds for the most demanding operators. With a reduction in weight and increased efficiency, these machines will make light work of any hedges.

STIHL 2-MIX ENGINE

HIGHLY POWER-EFFICIENT. With the STIHL 2-MIX engine, you can reduce exhaust emissions and fuel consumption, and therefore operating costs. This 2-stroke engine is low-maintenance and uses fuel efficiently even at high power levels. Use a mixture of petrol and engine oil as fuel. The STIHL 2-MIX engine complies with the strict EU Stage V emissions directive.

TRIMMING VARIATION (T)

The T variations of STIHL hedge trimmers provide the perfect trimming and shaping of hedges and shrubs. Thanks to the blade shape with smaller tooth spacing and lower tooth height in conjunction with the gearing for a high stroke rate, more specific shapes can also be achieved.

ROTATABLE MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE

ERGONOMIC, COMFORTABLE WORKING. The rotatable multi-function handle enables precise and comfortable cutting with your hedge trimmer, when working sideways and at head height. It can be rotated 90° to the left and right, and so is also suitable for left-handed and right-handed users. This means the tool is always in the most ergonomically effective position in your hand.

ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEM

RELIABLE STARTING. The electronic ignition system ensures reliable starting and trouble-free engine running. The high ignition voltage of the fully enclosed ignition system ensures a stable ignition spark and a long spark burn time. This also improves fuel combustion and reduces exhaust emissions.

MANUAL FUEL PUMP

FOR FEWER STARTING STROKES. The manual fuel pump reduces the number of strokes required to start the tool, making the start-up process quicker and easier This is particularly helpful after longer breaks in operation. To use it, actuate the pump several times before starting. This will ensure that there is enough petrol in the carburettor when starting.

STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

FOR MORE PLEASANT WORK. Vibrations can occur when you put your tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.
