Delivery and Returns

WM Plant offers FREE NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY on all orders over £100.00. Please note some items are collection only including fuel, ride on mower’s and other larger items of machinery.

For orders under the value of £100.00 – Next Day delivery is charged at £5.95

Highlands & Islands is charged at £19.95 for orders over £100 and £9.95 for orders under £100

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment when possible.  Next day delivery doesn’t include delivery on a Saturday.  Items ordered on a Friday would normally be delivered on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

During busy periods / peak season we aim to dispatch within 48 hours.

All services are fully trackable and insured.

Liability

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will put the item(s) on back order and contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Returns / Exchange Information

WM Plant will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the original date of purchase assuming the item(s) are un-used and in their original saleable condition. All packaging, wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) to us, we recommend an insured and ‘signed for’ method of return such as Recorded Delivery. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer not WM Plant unless we are notified of damaged or faulty goods upon original receipt.

You must inform us by email to sales@wmplant.co.uk of your intent to return item(s) before sending them to us.

A full refund will be issued if we are informed within this period. After this period, a 20% handling fee will be charged and deducted from the refund total.  If an item(s) is to be exchanged, the return postage of the exchanged item will be due before dispatch.
